Supreme Grandmaster Kim Bok Man
If you are a Taekwondo practitioner or have studied the history of Taekwondo, you have more than likely heard of Kim Bok Man. His biography has been published in many books and can easily be found on the Internet.
Throughout his life, Kim has been a student, a soldier, a teacher, an actor, a writer, a humanitarian, and always a visionary.

Stuart Anslow is a 6th Dan black belt in the art of Taekwondo and is well known in the UK and internationally. He is a full-time instructor of Taekwondo, teaching at his Academy in London. Anslow was a regular writer for the UK martial arts press and has published a number of books contributing to the knowledge base of Taekwondo.

Our motto is “Make it Happen.” It was once said that martial artists don’t let life happen to them, they make it happen. Always do what you say and see things through. When you don’t feel like going to class, that’s when you need to go the most. “Make it Happen” doesn’t just stop at the school, but extends into life.

Grandmaster Philip Ameris A Lifelong Journey in the Martial Arts
My personal aspiration is to continue to learn from and with I acknowledge the importance of each martial art, I believe Taekwondo should be viewed as a positive metaphor for personal growth an improvement. As practitioners progress, their goals and perspectives may evolve. Therefore, what initially attracted you during your Taekwondo journey may no longer be feasible. I often use the metaphor of “adapted and overcome” to illustrate this point.
